Binny and the Ghost is a German children's series produced by the Disney Channel. In this episode Louie plays a ghost who has left his dog behind and can't go into the next world until he is sure that his dog is in good hands. Binny and her ghostly friend Melchior help Louie's character and a lot of other worried dog owners in the bargain.
